Here Rich Uncle Moneybags (or Mr. Monopoly) has temporarily found himself without funds. You can decide if the woman is stepping over or on him. Either way, he will bounce back. The heels are painted with several layers of gold acrylic paint. Because of this, and the brush strokes, the heels can appear in different shades of gold depending on the lighting. The spray paint, as usual, is an acrylic paint made for artists.
