Mommy size artwork: 100x120cm. (not framed) The painting depicts a chicken that appears both excited and apprehensive, as it sits on a nest of eggs with another egg resting on its head. The chicken's body language suggests a mixture of pride and uncertainty, as it looks out into the distance with a mixture of hope and fear. The eggs symbolize the life, growth, and potential that the chicken is nurturing and protecting, and the presence of another egg on its head serves to reinforce this message of abundance and fertility. However, the future is uncertain, and the chicken is facing the unknown with a mixture of excitement and fear. The Kinder Surprise toy on its head adds an element of surprise and unpredictability to the scene, emphasizing the unknown challenges and joys that come with new beginnings. Overall, this oil painting is a metaphor for the challenges and uncertainties of motherhood and the joys and rewards that come with nurturing new life. It highlights the importance of embracing change, even when the future is uncertain, and the power of hope, courage, and resilience in the face of adversity.
