'Goddess' by Yuriy Zakordonets is a wonderful acrylic painting depicting a female nude in an abstracted way. Figurative work has also a conceptual, symbolic touch (scales) referring to goddess ability to measure and judge what and who she sees. Her body is purposefully exposed in a way that doesn't fit modern beauty standards. However, she is a goddess after all and has nothing to be ashamed of. Position of her legs as well as some tribal, tattoo-like skin ornaments suggest that there is a connection to Indian gods. Square size of the artwork makes it balanced and quiet and its shades of yellow and orange are full of sunny and positive energy which turns the work into a positive statement piece that will get attention in every interior. Coffee is used in this work to add texture. Zoom-in views help to see that some parts of the work have a rough surface and an additional level of details. Contemporary artwork mounted on stretchers (0.9″ depth). It is an original unique art piece that is in excellent condition (new). It is shipped directly from the artist's studio in Ukraine along with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and dated by the artist. You will receive the painting ready to be placed on the wall so you can enjoy it in your own interior right away.
