About The Artwork
the work was inspired by a model who I admire very much. I had been wanting to draw her for a while because of not just her body, but also her eyes and smile. I hope whoever comes across this painting will really feel captivated by the ongoing energy going on in the piece, I've managed to make a piece that makes the audience feel as though she's really in the room with them, communicating through the eye contact. I could've used many different mediums but Ink and water and brush got the best results because of the black and white effect, the realistic effect of mix water and ink to achieve a photography-like effect. its not an easy process to master the medium, but why else do we artists draw? the answer is in front of you.
