About The Artwork
This beautiful little painting had the honour of being exhibited at the Carousel Du Louvre in Paris. It evokes the surreal enormity of a day out on the ocean, the unlimited horizons and impossibly expansive skies. This painting was inspired by a personal longing to escape a very restrictive time in my life. The painting evokes wonderlust and a sense of adventure. I hope the viewer feels rejuvenated and tranquil when contemplating the scene.
