About The Artwork
Inspired by the famous Eddy Grant song, "Electric Avenue". Viewers can appreciate the humor within the pun. The media used here are pencil and Sharpie pen for the emphasis on the light colors, which also double as representing their respective chakras. Electric Avenue has the purple light corresponding to the chorus when it says, "...& let me take you higher". By 'higher', he means higher consciousness which is indicated by the crown chakra.
