The sculpture represents a stylized figure taking a step forward. The left arm is bent at the elbow and located parallel to the body. The torso is sharply bent back, the head is thrown back, long hair forms a spiral in movement. The right hand is hidden in a spiral of hair. The figure expresses the extreme expression of dance, so characteristic of flamenco. The figure is made from plum root, processed by firing, a soft metal brush and fine-grained sandpaper. The dark color of the figure is very durable, as it is obtained from burning the wood with a blowtorch. The figure is coated with a glossy polyurethane varnish, used for yachts, to enhance the expressiveness of the color of the form. The dancer's figure is mounted on a stand in the shape of a guitar, which also expresses the title of the composition. The shell of the ukulele-type guitar is made of valuable wood at the Cremona musical instruments factory in Kazanlak, Bulgaria. The dimensions and contours are exactly the same as a standard ukulele guitar. The upper plane is a three-layer light-colored plywood, which emphasizes the contrast with the dancer’s figure. The stand is reinforced from the inside to support the dancer's figure. The stand is double coated with matte acrylic varnish. The composition is collapsible, which is very convenient for transportation. The dancer's figure is attached to a metal pin embedded in a special frame, fixed inside the body of the guitar. The dancer figure is easily removed from the pin and can be packaged for storage or safe transportation. Installation into the exhibition state is done easily, in one motion. The sculpture can be washed with liquid detergent if necessary.
