Inspired by the sea and land in northern Germany and Norway. My style is expressive, it grips atmospheres. I build contradictions, dualities and illogical elements into my pictures. The landscape’s dreamlike uncertainty. Blurring patches of light, the thin, glimmering light spots – which in fact basically determine the composition: they lead and tempt the eye to forget itself in the spectacle.
