The thoughts behind this painting is based on a 11-12th century Sanskrit poetry found in Nepal, which is translated in Nepali as below - "सेलाउन सक्तैनन् गुणवान्, स्वाभाविक आफ्ना गुण न ती सक्छन् गुण बोकी बस्न, गुणवैरीका साथ न छ त्यस्तो ठाऊँ सुलभ, जहाँ छैनन् गुणद्रोही गुणी-विद्वान् टिक्ने अब, जगतमा छैन कुनै गति"
