It's inspired by so many that do not do, say, or act on how they feel, what they believe in due to all the obstacles they come across in life. We tend to deviate from a path we aim for because of fear and anxiety of what lies after. I guess you can say we are all a little 'constricted' by others, circumstances and sometimes even ourselves.
