I grew up in the Philadelphia area and attended The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Fine Arts. After art school I immediately went to work painting for the theater and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, after a few years I joined the San Francisco Opera Scenic Shop and a few years after that began painting Rock n Roll sets for Bill Graham’s old production company FM Productions.
