I love to paint the world around me with simplicity, subjects like garden, cats, family, car, everyday life in little cities are my favourite ones. This artwork is one of a serie I want to do about this theme, living in the countryside or in little cities in France. This painting could have been done in the 50s, or 60s because its vintage style. My main purpose is to express in my canvas warmness, light and harmony with a good composition, warm colors surrounded by shadows. Acrylic painting is my main medium because i appreciate its expressivity and the colorfull aspect. Acrylic is a modern medium too and it is a good choice for this sort of subject.
