About The Artwork

In the quest for balance between sensuality and morality, we often overlook the natural essence of a flower. Its simple beauty, fragility, and openness invite us to embrace existence itself. This sentiment is captured in the realistic macro detail of an iris flower, depicted in watercolor, evoking intimacy and reverence for nature's designs. Paper: Hahnemuehle 600 g, 100% cotton, satin Please check available sizes and materials for Saatchi art open edition prints

I have been drawing since childhood. It was an intuitive pastime; I always wanted to create something akin to Vrubel's works, something equally emotional. Although I studied to become an artist, I dreamt of being an archaeologist. I've always been intrigued by the mysteries hidden in the depths. For a long time, I worked in the advertising industry. Gradually, I began creating watercolor illustrations for packaging. My works are found on various products around the world. This experience honed my attention to detail and ability to convey sensations and flavors on paper. My fascination with the unknown evolved into a passion for studying psychology and its various branches. Currently, Jungian psychoanalysis seems to me the most concise structure for describing the human personality. But as Jung said, there is only one Jungian. In 2023, I decided it was time to create works for myself, to reflect on paper what moves me and how I see the world. I have accumulated numerous beautiful images from dreams, each unique and waiting for its story to be told. And I have the skill to convey smells and textures, as well as the tenderness in colors that might go unnoticed under ordinary perception. It's time to dive into the depths... Are you ready?
