Ilir Bala is a contemporary artist. He was born in Puke, Albania, in 1974.Bala studied painting at the Faculty of Visual Arts at the National Academy of Arts in Tirana. In 2008 he was specialized in the restoration of frescoes in re-painting, at Istituto per l'Arte e il Restore "Palazzo Spinelli" "Florence”, Italy. His work has been exhibited in numerous exhibitions and has participated in national and international competitions of art, in the United States and Europe. His art works are currently owned by many collector of art, and galleries worldwide. He lives and works in Tirana, Albania. Europe. Bala showed a passion and talent for drawing and painting at a young age. His favorite subjects are all the buildings surrounding everyday life, from common objects to people, and landscapes.
