In Turkish culture, the marriage ceremony begins with the ceremony of asking for a girl. The man's family comes to the girl's family's house and asks the girl as a bride according to customs and traditions. If the family gives the girl, this ceremony ends with the serving of coffee and the ring ceremony. And may be after be the dance party. Here, the coffee is ''groom's coffee'', that is, by the bride-to-be made a cup aof coffee for the groom an d usually salt is added instead of sugar, and with the change in taste, watch him from the whole girl's side watches the expressions on the man's face mischievously, the groom-to-be has no problem, '' I drink too salty coffee for your sake''. This salty mischievous coffee is "groom's coffee", it may not be salty according to the bride's preference.
