About The Artwork
From the original painting of the much loved beach in Cahore, North Wexford, Ireland. With its beautiful golden sands this painting is filled with the warmth of a bright summer morning. A mellow breeze moves gentle wisps of clouds through the intense summer blue sky. The water lapping onto the shoreline sprays an abundance of sea foam into the air. Various species of native seaweed are depicted in the foreground combining a signature style mono print technique in multiple soft transparent layers using acrylic inks.
