About The Artwork
Around Sept 2020, I started to think about my entry into a show in 2021. I didn't want to submit just a "painting". I realized that the curators and jurors seem to like art that deal with "time"; the passing of time, the recording of time. 2020 will be a year that will be hard to forget. This is my "diary" for that year. These are torn out pages from a spiral calendar mounted on canvas.
