2 pieces,one w/ 3 totems,the other holds the tallest totem.made from dozens of heat formed plastic pvc pieces,eah hand painted on all 4 faces.pieces slide onto steel rods to form endless patterns and works.extra pieces are provided.these photos were my one and only assembly.my personal similar work i rearrange often.
