About The Artwork
There has been a large population of feral cats at the old fort in San Juan, Puerto Rico for several years. Returning to town, this cat walking atop a parked car caught my eye. A much more interesting picture was created experimenting with reductive color schemes, and this is one of many iterations I will make, all colored differently via monoprint, but bearing the same stamp of the lithographic black. Each proof is a unique, one of a kind print.
