In the realm of landscape photography, it's not just about capturing the beauty of nature; it's about storytelling, conveying emotions, and provoking contemplation At its most elemental level, landscape photography is about capturing the physical attributes of a landscape: the towering mountains, meandering streams, expansive fields, and vibrant sunsets. But for me, it goes far beyond that I want to challenge the viewer to ponder the world around them. It should raise questions about the meaning of beauty, the fragility of nature, and our place in the universe. It should remind us that we are but a small part of a much larger whole, and that our actions have an impact on the world around us. Therefore, I want to be more than a technician, who considers the technical aspects of photography as important. I am detached from all pigeonholes. I always create my work from a desire to create. That desire can be emotionally or intellectually driven.
