I was walking through the streets of São Paulo, Brazil, when I saw this building and immediately thought that this concrete structure of its facades could look quite interesting in a photograph. So I tried to position myself so that the two facades could be as symmetrical as possible and I made the photo. And there is the result: a photograph of architecture, with a predominance of the geometric, which will certainly conquer those who seek something simple and current.

Martiniano Ferraz is a Brazilian artist who lives in Recife, Pernambuco. It was during holiday trips, while still working as an architect, that he was charmed by photography. Nature, architecture and the urban are the themes he usually photographed. From 2020, while isolated in his home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Martiniano Ferraz began to produce also geometric and abstract digital arts, where it is common to have vibrant colors and three-dimensional effects. One of its greatest sources of inspiration, in the use of color, is the art produced by the Brazilian artist Beatriz Milhazes.
