Oil on canvas, ready to hang, framing is not required, the painted image extended around all sides, signed and dated by me. A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies this original artwork. I use all professional packing materials to make sure your artwork gets to you safely wherever in the world you may live. In the heart of nature's tempest, a dramatic tableau unfolds, painting a vivid portrayal of the clash between the elements. The image captures the fierce symphony of storm-laden waves relentlessly pounding against unyielding rocks. Against a backdrop of brooding, ink-dark skies, the tumultuous seascape is a study in contrasts, where the violence of crashing waves meets the serene ruggedness of enduring stone. The waves, whipped into a frenzy by the fury of the storm, rear up with unbridled force, crashing against the steadfast rocks with a resounding roar. Each impact sends forth a dazzling explosion of white splashes, an ephemeral burst of brilliance amidst the surrounding gloom. The sea's relentless onslaught and the rocks' stoic resistance together form an eternal dance of power and perseverance, a testament to the enduring cycle of nature's forces. The ominous skies above mirror the turmoil below, casting an almost mystical atmosphere over the scene. The brooding darkness serves as a dramatic backdrop, intensifying the drama of the waves assault and the rocks' unwavering stance. It's as if the very heavens themselves are bearing witness to this elemental battle, a primordial struggle that has played out for eons. In this moment of raw beauty and primal conflict, lines from Lord Byron's "Childe Harold's Pilgrimage" come to mind: "Roll on, thou deep and dark blue Ocean—roll! Ten thousand fleets sweep over thee in vain; Man marks the earth with ruin—his control Stops with the shore..."

Valentyna Rybkina was born in 1977. After graduating from National University with a Master's in Politology and Sociology, she started to oil paint in 2013 as a self-taught artist influenced by great artists like Aivazovsky. She invites you to remember with her paintings the sunny and happy places you may have visited or plan to visit again, to see how beautiful nature is. She hopes you can look at the colors of her painting, enjoy them, relax, and forget about your problems. Life is good ;) She is especially interested in oil landscapes (ocean and seascape) and has always been passionate about flowers - these are the main thematic focus of all her works.
