About The Artwork
This view is from the top of Castro Hill in San Francisco, less than a mile away from where I live. One morning, I caught this view at sunrise looking West as the sun hit the city from the East. It was a clear morning, and the light pulled out the colors from the victorians. The city is intricate, the sky is massive, and Sutro Tower's silhouette stabs up between the two. I love this city.
