Urania, musa de la astrología y la astronimía guarda el descanso de Giovanni Dupré en el camposanto de la maravillosa ciudad de Pisa. Esta estatua, de belleza indescriptible, fue una de los más maravillosos descubrimientos que hice en Pisa y que inspiró este cuadro. Esta obra resultó finalista en la XX edición del premio Desideri Lombarte. Urania, muse of astrology and astronymy, guards the resting place of Giovanni Dupré in the cemetery of the wonderful city of Pisa. This statue, of indescribable beauty, was one of the most wonderful discoveries I made in Pisa and which inspired this painting. This artwork was finalist in the 20th edition of the Desideri Lombarte prize.
