About The Artwork
John Lennon, singer, song-writer and peace-activist was shot down, in 1980, in front of the Dakota-Building, New York, where at that time he lived in. As a big fan of John Lennon and his music I visited this place and the "Strawberry Fields", where his wife, Yoko Ono, scattered his ashes...and I was very pleased to see and hear young people singing his songs.
