What is light? V1 Artwork

I was born in Istanbul, Turkey. I studied Sociology and finished my masters in Urban Studies at Istanbul Sehir University. I was interested in painting since my childhood and even in my time as a sociology student, I have never stopped my artistic work and decided to pursue my love of painting as a full-time occupation. During my university years, I took classes from famous painters in Istanbul like Erol Deneç, the first Turkish representative of fantastic realism who was a student of Professor Ernst Fuchs. In 2020, I founded Kara Vox initiative in a small studio. Kara Vox is an art studio that aims to make art accessible to every home and everyone. It aims to break down the financial barrier to owning an artwork and puts importance to the artwork itself, rather than the artist’s name and signature! I use various mediums and techniques in my art and still enjoy experimenting new ways to create. I now create my art in my new studio in Istanbul. While I make art in the category of ''affordable art'' on one hand and on the other, I also create exclusive works which are unique and monadic works.
