It is said that there's such thing as rainbows at night. As rare as they are, they do show up if the conditions are just right. One of the conditions being a full moon with clear night sky. Another being there needs to be moisture up in the air, think places like waterfall, maybe even the ocean. I have never seen a moonbow or thought there could even be one at night time. Looking for something different with the rainbows. I wondered what if I painted a rainbow in a night sky? I Google if there is such a thing and sure enough, it is a rare phenomenon where it only exists in certain places with certain conditions.
